Who is this course for?

This course is geared towards inexperienced candidates who simply wish to carry out tiling work within their own homes. While our DIY tiling course can form a solid foundation for individuals who subsequently wish to undertake further training with a view to turning professional, the course’s content is better-suited to budding DIYers than those looking to become full-time tilers.

If you would like to change jobs and take up tiling in a professional capacity, we recommend that you try our Professional Tiling Course instead – this programme is also suitable for absolute beginners, but it will go further towards preparing you for your new career.

What will I achieve?

Once you have finished the DIY tiling course, you will be given an Access Training certificate to confirm your attendance and successful completion. While it is not a requirement, you may also choose to sit an optional examination; this is recommended for candidates who wish to progress on to more advanced tiling courses.
