How to become a heating engineer with Access Training

Access Training is a leading provider of training for heating engineers. Their courses are designed to give you the skills and knowledge you need to start a successful career in heating engineering. The courses are delivered by experienced and qualified instructors, and they cover all aspects of heating engineering, from installation to maintenance and repair.

Certain qualifications are needed to become a heating engineer, you can do this by following the gas engineer route or the plumbing route. Once you have completed your training, you can choose to take additional courses to specialise in a particular area of heating engineering, such as our Heat Pump Installation Course.

You can become a heating engineer by completing one of Access Training's gas courses. However, you will also need to complete a Level 3 NVQ in Heating and Plumbing. This qualification is recognised by employers throughout the UK and is required for registration with Gas Safe Register.
