This exam only City & Guilds 17th Edition 2382-10 course is a vital qualification necessary for all electricians or people working within the electrical industry who need the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification to serve as proof of their knowledge of the electrical regulations. This City & Guilds 17th Edition Course of the Wiring Regulations requires the candidate to prove their knowledge by examination consisting of 60 multiple choice questions. The exam is classed as “open book” and is carried out via computer at our testing facility using the City & Guilds GOLA system. The advantage of this is that all candidates will be given their results after completing their test. Successful candidates will achieve the City & Guilds 2382-10 certificate. Our current success rate is 96% for this examination.

Progress routes
After this course some students also undertake the EAL Part P Domestic Installers qualification and go further with their training. If this is the case than we recommend that completing both as complete package ensuring that the student has practical experience as well as theoretical knowledge of electrical work. This provides students who successfully complete both courses with a good grounding and the ability to carry our domestic installations safely and within the regulations.
