How Does the Grant Work?
The UK government’s Heat Training Grant gives you a £500 discount towards the cost of your heat pump training course.
Am I Eligible for the Heat Training Grant?
To check whether you can apply for the Heat Pump Training Grant, take a look at the eligibility criteria below:
- You work for a business with less than 250 employees, you are a sole trader, or you are unemployed.
- You, or the business you work for, are certified by a competent person scheme for heating and hot water installations. These could be: APHC, BESCA, Blue Flame Certification, Gas Safe Register, Certsure/NIC EIC, HETAS, NAPIT, OFTEC, or Stroma.
- You, or the business you work for, haven’t received more than £315,000 in government subsidies in the last 3 years.
How to Apply For the Heat Training Grant

2.Contact us to express your interest in applying for the heat pump training grant and we’ll be in touch.
3.Complete any required training for your chosen course (don’t worry – we’ll let you know if this is necessary).
