4 Week Complete Professional Kitchen Fitting Training Course

(Plus Part P & 17th Edition Electrical Training)
Course overview
This in depth course covers all the elements covered in our 2 week course but goes even further by including Electrical training which incorporates the Part P & 17th Edition electrical qualifications.

It also covers basic plumbing for taps and wastes and also basic tiling that allows you tile for ‘splash-backs’ and small areas. It is also tailored for the absolute novice, career changer, DIY enthusiast or property developer who would like to learn how to design and fit a kitchen to completely install the kitchen along with being able to legally install all the required electrical installation.

You will learn how to plan, project manage and install your own kitchen including how to design using the ‘triangle concept’ i.e. designing your kitchen layout to provide the best economic use of the main work centres, and it looks at different ways a kitchen can be laid out for different shaped and sized rooms.

As a Kitchen Fitter you almost certainly at some point need to install sockets and lighting, which is why this course also consists of the EAL Domestic Electrical Installer (Part P) plus the City & Guilds 17th Edition qualifications. This is because it is a legal requirement for all electrical installations in dwellings to be suitably designed, installed, inspected and tested so as to provide reasonable protection against them becoming a source of a fire or a cause of injury to persons. More details regarding the Part P and 17th edition qualifications can be found at our dedicated pages or simply call one of our experts now for further free advice.
